Art inspiring change! “Be a Deer, Put it Here” a unique sculpture went up at Overlook Adventure park in the shape of our state animal, the White -Tailed Deer to educate our community and kick off a no litter campaign with the Beautify Decatur Coalition and Limitless Decatur!
9/11 Memorial
The Decatur 9/11 Memorial titled “We Remember, We Rebuild, We Become Stronger,” helps us to remember the tragedy of September 11 and honor those who perished. View this stunning memorial constructed with a 13 1/2 foot I-beam from the World Trade Center on the Nelson Park Lakefront.
